Treasury Design
The treasury is intended to hold the ecosystem’s settlement reserve in native ETH, fund public research and community tooling, and seed the venture sleeve once rounds open. Spending would follow the same public proposal process as the venture sleeve, and every transaction would link to the explorer from this page.
A treasury is not a fund. Holding $FRANKLINETF does not give anyone a claim on treasury assets, and the treasury does not pay returns to holders.
