Objective and description
The objective is one sentence that says what the basket is meant to follow. The description explains why the theme matters and how the model is built.
Sleeves and target weights
A sleeve is a group of related exposures. Target weights are design targets for the model, not holdings. Until a basket is live, market value columns stay empty on purpose.
Rebalance
The cadence tells you how often weights would be brought back to target. Index baskets follow a published rule book; thematic baskets follow a written process reviewed in public.
